This establishment in Calle Santa María, which was formerly an Irish pub, is a harmonious blend of tradition and renewal, of gourmet and traditional cuisine, where each dish is meticulously prepared. It's the TriCiclo restaurant team’s fourth establishment in Madrid’s Barrio de las Letras (Literary Quarter).
On the pub’s ground floor, customers are met by a large traditional bar and a décor based on tiles and shelving. The basement floor holds a dining room with several tables, with a capacity for up to thirty people.
The menu offers raciones ("platters", available in whole, half or one-third sizes), stews and a wide variety of signature tapas and pinchos, made with fresh Castilian produce. Rounding out the selection is a wide range of beer and wine by the glass, in addition to vermouth.
