This restaurant in the town of Pozuelo de Alarcón in Madrid specialises in grilled meat. It is distinguished by the quality and variety of the ingredients it uses and the maceration process carried out in its dry chamber to ensure the meat is tender, which can last up to 45 days.
The restaurant has a simple décor and a large outdoor terrace. It also regularly offers cooking classes on its premises, designed to teach participants some grilling tricks.
The menu, developed by the restaurant’s Romanian owner, Aurelian Catalin, includes a wide variety of meat, such as grilled rib steak, sirloin steak tartare, and grilled presa ibérica (pork shoulder steak), which can be enjoyed as pinchos (snack-sized portions), raciones (platters) and medias raciones (small platters). The menu also offers vegetables, fish and poultry. There is a wide range of wines to pair with the food (these are also available to buy), and to top it all off there's an extensive variety of mixed drinks and cocktails.
