Next to Plaza Mayor, on Toledo Street, you can find this tavern with an all-day-open kitchen, that serves tapas and traditional snacks, but also more filling dishes. It is also a great place to have a drink or a cocktail.
It is decorated like a typical tavern with wooden tables and chairs and walls with vintage posters and old photographs. There is also a big terrace with views of Plaza Mayor.
They offer a wide range of set menus: daily set menu (for lunch on workdays), weekend and holiday set menu, menus for groups, cocido madrileño (a traditional chickpea-based stew from Madrid) menu and stew/soup dish menu.
