This fusion restaurant run by the chef, Yong Ping Zang, known as Julio, is located in Chamberí. A cosmopolitan proposal can be savoured with elements of Asian, Spanish and Peruvian cuisine, in which the chef’s creativity is essential.
The establishment has a dining room with a view of the open kitchen and a separate area for private events. In both spaces, the décor consists of wooden tables, Oriental-style lamps and upholstered chairs, all of which in a relaxed atmosphere.
There are two tasting menus to choose from: Long Menu, with 9 courses, for €80, and HU Menu, with 8 courses, for €70.
The offer is rounded off with La Barra de Soy Kitchen, with a wide selection of dim sum and cocktails prepared by Álvaro Cañellas to combine with the food.
