Chef Kiko Moya, winner of 2 Michelin stars and 3 REPSOL Suns for L'Escaleta, is the advisor and coordinator of the original proposal available at this restaurant located in the Caleido Shopping Centre, in the basement of the tower of the same name and next to the Cuatro Torres area of Chamartín. It is an immersive gastronomic experience in which technology and haute cuisine are combined to immerse diners in a multi-sensory journey designed to answer the question: what do the colours taste like?
Launched on 1st November, Sinestesia gives 16 diners seated around the same table the opportunity to enjoy a unique multisensory experience lasting almost three hours. It is a dynamic experience that combines surprise and fun thanks to various audiovisual stimuli projected in the space as the menu is presented. Through voice-overs, a narrative is constructed in which images, sounds, messages, flavours and textures are key to providing participants with a unique experience that they will want to remember and share.
The menu, priced at 250 euros, consists of 8 dishes that translate the rich variety of sensations that each colour can trigger into the language of food. To achieve this, other esteemed chefs will also be designing dishes for the menu.
