This sophisticated and cozy eatery features food based on traditional home style Italian recipes, interpreted by the chef David Ariza and made with artisan Italian products. The venue also includes a varied wine list that includes both Spanish and Italian wines and a small deli.
The 100 m2 space is divided into two areas. The bar area has four tall and ten low tables that share the space with the deli and the winery. The interior design recreates a traditional Italian salumeria with modern touches, a traditional Roman eatery, with marble, wrought iron and wood.
La Salutteria is famous for its artisan cold cut boards meant to be shared among various diners, their focaccias, and sourdough Pinsas, typical in Italian taverns. Every Thursday, from 6 to 8:30 PM they also serve authentic Aperitivo Italiano.
