Sal Mestiza

In the heart of the Salamanca neighbourhood is the first project of the restaurant group La Bikina, a Mexican restaurant that breaks with tradition, inviting you to enjoy contemporary Mexican gastronomy in dishes and cocktails that reflect the essence of the Aztec country but with a new twist.

Juan Bengoa's studio has been in charge of the design and interior design of the restaurant, giving rise to a space with character, multipurpose and devoid of ornaments, but where every detail has been taken care of, from the bar at the entrance to the dining room located on the ground floor.

The menu is made up of various dishes designed for sharing, as well as modern cocktails featuring mezcal and tequila.
