Rubaiyat Madrid

Rubaiyat started in Madrid this gastronomic saga originated in Sao Paulo from the hand of Belarmino Fernández Iglesias, Brazilian-born with Galician roots. Thanks to its Porteño tradition, this large space is devoted to giving an incomparable flavor in all its shapes to the meats brought from the Brazilian ranch where the family raises its own cattle.

The decor, both minimalist and rustic, has exposed wood beams on the ceilings, ipe wood tables and leather chairs, as well as a spacious summer terrace with 20 iron and marble tables protected from the sun by parasols and surrounded by a fresh vegetation.

From the bar one can see the kitchen and the cellar, winner of the Best of Award of Excellence for a wine list with over 350 references of red Reserva wines and Gran Reserva, Crianza red wine, young reds, dry white wines, fruity whites, rosés and sparkling wines from ten countries.
