This restaurant in the neighbourhood of Hispanoamérica in Chamartín reclaims the traditional flavours of Spanish cuisine with high-quality seasonal ingredients, with meat, fish and rice taking centre stage.
The establishment's décor is inviting and contemporary, with a primary focus on natural materials like rock. The bar is particularly striking, and leads to a dining room that combines bronze with wood and fabric. The kitchen is open, allowing diners to watch their dishes being prepared. It also boasts a glazed patio that is attached to the restaurant, allowing plenty of natural light to enter.
The key elements of Rocacho’s cuisine are coal and wood fires, over which it grills the finest meat from El Capricho (León) and fish sourced from various fish markets. Its menu also features original cocktails and a selection of champagne and spirits, as well as a wine list with more than 50 vintages from all over the world.
