In the district of Chamartín we find this restaurant, which since 1979 has been serving up the best in Galician cuisine, from the typical octopus dish pulpo a'feira con cachelos to filloas (pancakes) filled with cream. Their speciality is stone-cooked meat.
The first restaurant to serve stone-cooked meat, Rías Bajas is famous for its red meat cooked using this technique, but also for the quality of its seafood and fish, prepared in accordance with traditional Galician recipes, always accompanied by a queimada liqueur served to diners with every meal.
