Quispe

Located in the Barrio de Salamanca neighbourhood, very close to El Retiro Park, this restaurant pays tribute to the food and culture of Peru.

Before moving to its current premises in the spring of 2023, Quispe was previously in the area of Salesas. Now located on the site of the former burger restaurant Alfredo's, the new restaurant is more spacious and dynamic, spread over different levels, with an area of natural light at the back set up for standing events.

The menu also contains nods to Spanish, Chinese and Creole cuisine. It offers ceviche, tiradito (similar to sashimi), causas (layered potato dish), hot meals, and desserts. It also pays tribute to its Japanese influences with a selection of makis and nigiris.
