Inaz Fernández runs this establishment specialised in the consumption of oysters, which started out in Bilbao in 2013 and opened another establishment in Madrid in May 2023 in the popular Chamberí neighbourhood. This product, which has been stripped of its luxury and expensive nature, offering it at market prices and in an informal atmosphere, can be savoured in this establishment.

The décor is inspired by the oyster farmers' huts in Cap Ferret (France).

Its oyster list features a wide variety of oysters from different origins: Spain (Galicia Especial), France (such as the Fine de Claire No.3, or the West Coast No.3, among others), Ireland (with the Tia Maraa By Gillardeau No. 3 or La Regal Spéciale No. 3 (Bannow Bay), Netherlands (Holandesa 6/Ø Lux) and Portugal (Quatro Aguas Nº 2) and the Gillardeau Oyster (France), which is the best known in the world.

There is also a wine list by the glass and champagne, as well as beer, all of which combine perfectly with oysters.
