Located at 1 Gran Vía, where the famous Gula Gula used to be located, this restaurant that belongs to the Cantabrian group Cañadio, by Paco Quirós and Carlos Crespo, offers the top quality food made by the chef Jesús Alonso.
U-shaped restaurant has large windows that give views of Gran Vía and Alcalá Street. The 350 m2 give space for 100 diners, distributed around several tables of different height that give way to armchairs around a modern fire-place. It also has a large square bar.
The menu includes the classical Cantabrian dishes with an innovative touch (some from their other Madrid restaurants: Cañadio, La Maruca and La Bien Aparecida), always respecting the top quality ingredients.
