The famous chef Jhosef Arias runs this restaurant, which opened in 2013, serving up the finest Peruvian cuisine that puts its own spin on ceviche. It also serves tiraditos, causas limeñas (layered potato cakes), piscos and delicious dishes made with tiger milk and chilis.
Located opposite the Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, in La Latina, the restaurant is over 400 m2 in size, spread over two floors and divided into different areas, with eye-catching décor. It also has an outdoor terrace with unbeatable views of the Basilica.
The menu consists of several dishes with a strong emphasis on fish and seafood. It also has a tasting menu.
