A traditional Basque restaurant that gets the utmost quality out of the products on the market. Their dishes are created based on simplicity and good raw materials. Their speciality is fresh fish: monkfish, cod or hake cooked Basque style. That does not mean that they look down on meats, which are delicious cooked on the grill.
