From the hand of Ramses' founder, the hotel businessman Jorge Llovet, this Castilian and Cañi tavern that pays tribute to the Madrid tradition is presented. Located in the Plaza de la Independencia, it is open from breakfast until the early hours of the morning and offers the best of Spanish gastronomy in an environment where every detail has been taken care of.
Sergio Mora is in charge of the interior design of the premises, where the festive spirit typical of Spanish culture can be breathed in every corner, highlighting the painted tiles on the walls, the posters with flamenco icons and the sculptures by Pepe Puente. The space is spacious, with several high tables with stools and a large bar. It also has a terrace overlooking the Puerta de Alcalá.
As well as a great place for a meal, Patio de Leones is also a fab spot to grab a drink after work and experience Madrid’s nightlife. On Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday afternoons, the venue offers live flamenco performances as well as DJ sessions .
