Amongst other things, Paradís Madrid is renowned for its gastronomic workshops, such as the ones devoted to mushrooms, cod or calçots. It showcases a clean, classical and meticulous design, and in its lobby one will find a small pantry featuring virgin olive oils, vinegars, mushrooms and generous wines, unmistakable trait of Mediterranean cuisine, although in this case it comes with certain imaginative touches.
The restaurant avails of several spaces which are perfect for business meals and private parties, and have been the setting for commercials, films or photo shoots. Amongst their specialties are the fish and seafood from Casas de Alcanar (Delta del Ebro), as well as their home-made products, Paradís es Natural, which include traditional preserves like the partridge in brine or the apple and ginger jam.
