Located on the sixth floor of the majestic Teatro Real building is this sophisticated and cosmpolite restaurant, which will open on 26 May. Run by Life Gourmet Catering, its menu has been designed by chef Ramón Freixa, who boasts two Michelin Stars and three Repsol Suns. The interior designer, Luis García Fraile is responsible for the decoration. Its name is inspired by the counterpart of the character "Papageno" in Mozart's opera The Magic Flute.
At Papagena you can enjoy a unique artistic and gastronomic experience, with a menu made up of dynamic and fresh dishes, with international touches, where quality produce is the protagonist. Its wine selection, made by the winemaker Xandra Falcó, presents modern and traditional references from various designations of origin.
