Located right by the Torre Picasso skyscraper, in the heart of Madrid’s financial district, Azca, this restaurant is owned by GLH Singular Restaurants and offers an ambitious fusion of wonderful food, signature cocktails and impressive live shows in a spectacular space over 2000 m2 in size.

The restaurant is located in a unique double-height building around a large oval-shaped central section that connects the two levels, plus a rooftop overlooking Paseo de la Castellana and Avenida del General Perón, which will open in spring-summer 2024.

Hurlé & Martin is the studio responsible for its design, which uses a mixture of warm materials and carefully considered lighting, creating an open space full of light and shade. The interior design features decorative fabrics, vibrant tiles and a palette of terracotta colours that infuse vitality and dynamism, as well as a majestic spiral staircase that unites the duality of concepts in the different spaces and ambiances.

Chef Oscar Horcajo is in charge of preparing a menu that pays tribute to classic international and Mediterranean dishes, such as salmon and caviar blini, sole meunière, a delicate ratatouille, and a delicious veal shnitzel. There is also a selection of handmade desserts and exclusive cocktails made by Carlos Moreno. This very versatile space can accommodate all kinds of events, from business lunches to festive dinners and casual get-togethers.

Live shows are a fundamental component of the Pabblo experience. From Monday to Sunday, you can enjoy live music and a variety of shows by multidisciplinary artists accompanied by a seven-piece band.
