Ever since it first opened its doors in 2013, El Oso has based its Asturian dishes on the produce of the highest quality. Their specialties include pixín de barriga negra (female monkfish), potes asturianos (Asturian bean-pork-and-vegetable stew) and the anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea.
Situated in La Morajela, with seating for 120 people distributed in various dining-rooms of different sizes, it is an ideal venue for family celebrations or business lunches. Its huge windows provide beautiful natural light and beautiful views of the lovely exterior terrace, gardens and fountains.
Its menu includes dishes like fabada (Asturian bean and pork stew), a variety of Asturian cheeses, fillet of hake in cider and sirloin scallopini with cabrales cheese that can be paired with some of the more than 100 wines from its wine-list.
