This restaurant, which used to be in Calle Alberto Aguilera, boasts a menu in which Japanese cuisine is combined with Pan American and Spanish cuisine, with dishes arising from the owners’ trips to different countries. It serves everything from breakfast to dinner.
The establishment has a décor inspired by the sea, through its blue and green glazed tiles, as well as the rounded shapes of the bar, which is reminiscent of the traditional sushi bars, the marble, seats and the wave on the ceiling of the main dining room. The walls are in black plaster, typical of “the beauty of imperfection” Wabi Sabi style of Japanese taverns.
The menu includes classical NONAME dishes, such as “sticky rice” of steak tartar or spicy tuna, Noname Salad, Wayega hamburger, “oxtail hot dog”. It is rounded off with a wide range of cocktails.
