This restaurant, located in Madrid’s central Plaza del Biombo, seeks to shatter pre-conceived notions and ideas in the world of restauranteering. Customers are served in absolute darkness, with a view to cancelling out their sense of sight, thereby enhancing the action of their other senses. The act of eating is thus turned into a completely new experience that allows to attain new perceptions in terms of smell and taste.
They also have a terrace open from 15 March to 16 October between 4pm and 11:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Lunch is served on the terrace on Saturdays.
