Moscatel

Located in a former convent in El Pardo, this restaurant opened in 2023 and offers a unique experience that fuses the rich history of the place where it is housed with a modern gastronomic proposal with dishes based on Mediterranean cuisine, where grilled rice dishes and meats and fish prepared on its olive wood grill stand out.

The restaurant has different adaptable indoor and outdoor spaces, highlighting its large glazed terrace and an extensive one-hectare garden, including an orchard, where all kinds of private events and ceremonies can be held. Its furniture and decoration are designed to offer comfort and sophistication.

At the helm of the kitchen is chef Carlos Ruiz, who can boast that his Russian salad was the second best in Madrid in the competition organised in 2023 by Acyre (Association of Chefs and Pastry Chefs of the Community of Madrid). The menu is mainly made up of traditional dishes with seasonal produce as the protagonist. There are also several sharing plates.
