Opened in 2004, this restaurant, run by chef Takimura San, serves modern Japanese cuisine, offering an ambitious culinary proposal consisting of several dishes ranging from traditional stews to sushi or tempuras, and of course, soups, nigiris and sashimis. It has a fixed lunch menu during the week, an omakase menu and a special menu for coeliacs.
The interior design features light wood, a stone floor and a sushi bar at the back, with natural light flooding in through the window behind it, allowing you to glimpse an interior courtyard with an immaculate Japanese garden.
Miyama also has another restaurant in Paseo de la Castellana, 45.
