The Chamberí district is home to this Peruvian restaurant run by chef Luis de los Ríos. It has a short menu that blends tradition and fusion. The name is a Quechua word that means food, both for the body and for the soul.
All the dishes served at Mikuna are made with carefully selected ingredients, in which traditional Peruvian cuisine - with all the flavours of the north of the country, anticucho kebabs and ceviche - is blended with Asian seasonings and Mediterranean ingredients. In addition to its a la carte menu, the restaurant offers a tasting menu.
