Located near the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, in the Chamartín district, this restaurant belonging to the 5 Jotas manufacturer of ibérico products is the ideal place to enjoy the best charcuterie or a drink.
It is spread across three rooms where you can enjoy a menu featuring ibérico products as well as traditional Spanish dishes made with premium quality ingredients.
It was in 1879 when Juan Rafael Sánchez Romero, a great expert in the manufacture of high quality ibérico products, set up the first company dedicated to 100% ibérico pork products. Thirty years later, in 1910, Manuel Romero, a local farmer in Jabugo and expert in breeding 100% ibérico pigs, and Enrique Carvajal, went into business with Rafael Sánchez. That was when the company embarked on its adventure, marked by the search for quality and excellence since its origins, to which they have remained faithful for more than 130 years.
