GLH Singular Restaurants is behind this great restaurant in the heart of Paseo de la Castellana in the Salamanca neighbourhood, which reopened its doors on 3 February 2026, after having been closed for the refurbishment of the building in which it is located. With a modern and contemporary style, various spaces and Mediterranean cuisine with international touches, it also offers DJ performances and is open for drinks until the early hours of the morning.

Following its refurbishment, the interior design recovers the essence of the original Marieta, with natural wood panelling and a commitment to simplifying materials that strengthens its identity. The result is a more contemporary and brighter space that opens out to the city. The new layout of the dining room brings greater dynamism, extending the dining area and improving the customer experience, providing different atmospheres and versatility designed for everyday use and special events.

Marieta presents a revamped menu with more elaborate and carefully prepared dishes that reinforce its identity, in which the ingredients and the flavour take centre stage. The menu combines classic dishes with new creations, always with an informal touch.
