Chef Joaquín Serrano puts all his creativity to work in this restaurant specialising in quality Latin American cuisine. Together with him, chef Jorge Velasco, mixologist Daniel Font and Luis Diez (co-founding director) are in charge of taking diners on a journey through Latin cuisine in a fun, pleasant environment where you can also enjoy daily evening shows.
The restaurant, decorated by MRGO (Grupo La, La, La), is divided into several areas: El Patio, at the entrance, where its colourful walls and balconies adorned with flowers stand out and you can eat at the bar and at high tables; La Estancia, which is reached through a colonial-style door, a dining room where, surrounded by a majestic atmosphere full of glamour, you can eat and enjoy short shows enlivened with indigenous Latin music; and El Primer Piso, is a multifunctional space that serves as a room for private use to hold events of all kinds.
The menu is made up of various dishes designed mainly for sharing, prepared with high quality national ingredients. Its wine cellar has around a hundred international wines and in its cocktail bar you can find daring cocktails made with mezcal, rum and tequila, among others.
