Chef Marcos Toranzo and sommelier Maria Brufau launched this restaurant in the Chamberí district of the city’s Salamanca neighbourhood in 2015, very close to Nuevos Ministerios, offering traditional cuisine with a modern twist and serving flavours that will remind you of good old-fashioned home cooking with a touch of innovation. Offering great value for money, it has been a Bib Gourmand restaurant recommended in the Michelin Guide since 2019.
The venue has a main room that can accommodate up to 30 people, as well as a bar and a few high tables. The décor is largely brick combined with white and the green of the vegetation, giving it a sense of tranquillity to disconnect from the bustle of Madrid. It also has a private area for 15 people, perfect for private parties, meals or business events.
Its menu is fairly brief, and all the dishes are made with seasonal market produce and cooked with care and affection. Many of them can be ordered as smaller dishes. In addition, they have two tasting menus: seasonal and classic, featuring the restaurant’s most outstanding dishes, as well as a tasting menu for groups.
