The restaurant serves traditional and creative dishes from the Basque and Galician culinary traditions in premises that recall the landscape of Galicia.
The food includes Galician staples such as caldo gallego (broth with meat and vegetables), scallops with ham, and entrecôte steak with Cabrales cheese, which can be followed by such delicious desserts as white chocolate parfait and chocolate marquesitas. Wines from Rueda, Navarra and La Rioja are among the fine designated origin wines available, while the restaurant also offers customers an Albariño produced on its own estate.
