A spacious restaurant decorated in a rustic theme, where the owner Segismundo Amorós puts his more than 20 years of experience in the sector to good use to bring us a well crafted menu.
The star of the show is rice, in many different forms: With rabbit and snails, with vegetables and lean meat, black rice with cuttlefish. All cooked on trivets (roasting racks) over a wood burning vine stove.
