This restaurant by Dani García, which has been located in the heart of the Salamanca District since 2019, offers diners a journey through the memories of the famous chef through surprising dishes with popular inspiration yet revamped, in an establishment that merges the concepts of seafood restaurants with an urban chiringuito with seafood and informal cuisine.
The restaurant is divided into two different areas: the bar and the lounge. There is a different menu in each area: the bar menu serves informal tapas for all tastes and pockets, whereas the lounge boasts a more formal menu, made up of seafood, fish grilled on sticks and Andalusian rice with an Alicante soul.
High quality ingredients are used to prepare the dishes. The tuna is wild and fished in the almadraba style, a fishing technique that is used to catch large quantities of red tuna during their annual migration around the Mediterranean Sea.
In addition to dining á la carte, Lobito de Mar has a tapas menu served in the bar area from Monday to Thursday, except on public holidays.
