The Chueca neighbourhood is home to this small restaurant where Carmen Alti, José Certucha and Jesús Encinas, who all trained in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Diego Guerrero's DSTage (where they worked together), showcase contemporary cuisine with no strings attached, designed for sharing and at a reasonable price.
The restaurant consists of a long wooden and tiled bar with stools for about 8 diners and several low tables. From the bar, the chefs can be seen at work.
The gastronomy proposal does not follow trends. It is a series of creative dishes presented in portions and half portions, serving cuisine that emphasises seasonality and sustainability from the technical point of view.
