The Paraguas Group presents this new establishment on Madrid’s Golden Mile which invites you to explore a new way of experiencing the wine culture and enjoy fine cuisine through the combination of three concepts: boutique, gastronomic bar and private club.
The establishment is spread over two floors, decorated with a contemporary classicism, in which the wood enters into dialogue with the black, white and matte gold marble floors while the grandeur of its furniture adds a sense of majesty without becoming ostentatious.
Gastronomic elegance and vintage exquisiteness come together on the Ground Floor. The Bar, located at the entrance, has been designed as a social space devoted to savouring wine accompanied by a delicatessen selection of Iberian meats, Fine Spanish preserves, artisan cheeses and internationally renowned foie gras. The sommeliers have designed a wine list by the glass with around 8’ references and those who prefer to uncork a bottle can choose from more than 3,000 references.
An outstanding selection from the world’s finest wineries is presented in the Boutique, with guidance by expert sommeliers, turning the purchase of wine into a luxury retail experience for the first time ever in Spain.
A set tasting menu with carefully selected pairings can be enjoyed in the Restaurant with a selection of dishes that stand out for their creativity and quality.
The tables in the “Cuisine”, the exclusive corner near to the kitchen, offer an unconventional menu in which wine takes centre stage.
The Society private club is located in the basement, where a select community of wine lovers can enjoy exceptional wines in a private space. Members may also participate in activities and sample references that are almost impossible to find. The Society fosters connection and learning, all in a luxurious setting with absolute privacy.
The Library also organises tastings and exclusive events designed to immerse clients in a world of flavours, in which wine and cuisine come together to offer unforgettable sensory experiences.
