Serafín López opened this popular tapas and aperitifs bar in the 1960s which over time closed its doors following the death of its founder, until Serafin’s son, Juanjo López, took over the business and his father’s dream, presenting market cuisine of the highest quality, which is now run by Nacho Trujillo and boasts two Repsol Suns.
Today, La Tasquita de Enfrente is a cosy restaurant with eight tables and seating capacity for around 16 diners, as well as a long bar at the entrance, which is decorated with paintings by artist friends and piles of books.
The select menu serves market produce prepared using modern techniques.
