It is not easy to find a niche in the heart of Madrid's tapas area but this bar has done it with its tapas inspired by Andalusian cuisine. The name comes from the title of a popular coplas singer and the bar pays tribute to Andalusian folklore and this type of song in particular, as can be seen from the menu, which contains names linked to the genre.
The cuisine is traditional Spanish with a combination of flavours and textures that gives it an innovative touch.
