As you enter the place, you find an area for pinchos with a bar and some tables, at the back there is the restaurant itself and, in the cellar, a room dedicated to cultural acts: exhibitions, short films, music... Original rustic-style slate dishes. Modern and traditional dishes.
Some of their best suggestions for dishes are homemade croquettes, aubergine, spinach salad, tuna belly salad, stewed oxtail, baby squid simmered with onions... Cold, hot (and vegetarian) pinchos like cecina (dried beef) with parmesan, arugula and Modena vinegar, wild mushrooms in alioli garlic sauce, etc.
One of the most ordered tostas is the one with pumpkin, tomato, goat cheese and caramelized onion. The reason for its name is that Teresa Mancha -muse and inspiration of the romantic poet José Espronceda- lived there until she died in 1839.
