The premises used to house a factory making hand-crafted soap but now they are home to a restaurant serving traditional food. This new restaurant is in Cava Baja, in one of Madrid's most fashionable areas. Although it is always delightful to sit and enjoy a meal in the small dining room, in summer it is especially pleasant to sit outside in the courtyard with the Madrid sky above you. The menu features fresh market produce: delicious tomatoes, tuna salad, seafood ceviche, Cordoba-style salmorejo (a purée made from tomatoes, bread, oil, garlic and vinegar), and the best cold cuts, such as cecina (cured beef) from León. For dessert chocolate & chocolate is strongly recommended.
