Located on Calle María de Molina, in the Chamartín district and close to Avenida de América, this exclusive restaurant, owned by the Gabana group, combines international fine dining and live music.

The restaurant features a large dining room with a stage, a heated outdoor terrace and a valet parking service, offering the ideal setting for both private dinners and corporate events.

Chef Eduardo Maine has devised a menu featuring dishes made using premium ingredients, including Joselito Vintage ham – a ham aged for 10 years – which you can’t find anywhere else but at Jimmy’s. Other standout dishes include the Joselito nigiri, the restaurant’s star dish; their 2026 National Award-winning steak tartare; and new dishes such as Joselito stew dim sum, Nikkei-style steamed sea bass, and Beef Wellington. The offering is rounded off by an extensive wine list and a cocktail menu featuring classic and signature cocktails, which can be enjoyed before, during or after dinner.
