El Jefe Traveling Food

Chamberí is home to this restaurant that combines street food dishes, international cuisine and traditional Spanish food.

The menu includes street food and other more elaborate dishes inspired in the travels of El Jefe Traveling Food’s creators, from Mexico to Cuba and, of course, all over Spain. The organic veal  from Avila is their star dish. The fish is also present on the menu: red tuna belly and medium rare salmon.

With an authentic food truck that serves as a bar inside the restaurant, it also has a dining room decorated in warm wood.
