It has been a gastronomic reference in the Salamanca district since 1692, thanks to its wide variety of tapas or canapés prepared with quality market produce. There are more than 60 types that vary according to the season and time of the day.
It has a long bar with tables at the rear.
The most popular ones are “Pajarito” (tuna and mayonnaise), German salad and its hot canapés: hake with mayonnaise, garlic mayonnaise with prawns, three cheeses, black pudding, chard or cod. Its Spanish omelette, ham and egg croquettes and pasties also deserve a special mention.
All of the canapés are prepared daily in-house.
