Close to Gran Vía you can find this Japanese restaurant that, since 2017, offers a novel and fresh cuisine with fleshy and colorful presentations brought to you by the chef Yong Wu Nagahira showing Japanese delicacy in every dish. The food is based on Spanish quality ingredients and technique where the signature sauces vary depending on the chef’s inspiration.
The menu is long, but the restaurant offers a tasting menu and lunch set menus at reasonable prices. Their offer includes gyozas, edamame, miso soup, tempura, nigiri, maki and sashimi.
