Opened in 2001, this bright airy Japanese restaurant serves haute cuisine and has four tables with teppanyaki hot plates in view of the customer, a large sushi-bar and terrace.
Ichiban has several spaces with a warm, cosy atmosphere, including a sushi bar where the master sushi chef Francisco del Blanco Ordoñez showcases his technique, a private room for events and a charming terrace in summer.
Its menu ranges from traditional dishes, such as miso soup, to fusion dishes that combine Japanese with Western culture. All made using the finest ingredients. They also have special menus for vegetarians and coeliacs.
