The prestigious chef Ricardo Gil heads up this restaurant located in the central district of Las Letras, offering simple fresh dishes with seasonal vegetables, brought in directly from Tudela, the star ingredients of dishes brimming with tradition but with touches of modernity.
The specialities include salmorejo soup made with Tudela tomatoes and served with egg and ham confit, leak and prawn ravioli with a cava sauce, and Iberian pork end loin with pureed potato, garlic confit and parsley.
La Huerta de Tudela has several menus, one specially designed for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-intolerant, as well as several tasting menus and a daily lunch menu from Monday to Friday.
