Coming to you by the creators of Kuoco 360, the Venezuelan Rafa Bérgamo and Andrés Correa, this other Chueca pizzeria serves fresh and different pizzas and starters not usually found in typical Italian restaurants.
The restaurant has an Italian wood-fired oven where the Roman pizzaiolo Roberto Borghesi creates his magic making pizzas using the dough that has been fermented for 72 hours for a light and consistent final product. The dining room has a big wooden table and several stools (you can deposit your bags and coats inside them) and benches.
The menu includes starters like burrata with mandarin marmalade and yuzu, shrimp tiradito or roast beef with black Goma Dare, black garlic and oriental lettuce. Out of their 11 pizzas, the pistachio pizza without cheese deserves a special mention. They also offer a wide selection of craft beers.
