Run by the outstanding bartender Diego Cabrera, this small restaurant on Calle Echegaray, where Salmón Gurú and Viva Madrid (also run by Diego Cabrera) are located, is a space with clandestine touches where you can enjoy an experimental and different gastronomic experience, where you can discover new techniques in cocktails and gastronomy.
The restaurant has a large central table for 20 diners and an open kitchen.
With Victor Camargo at the helm of the cooker and Anxo Vila in charge of the cocktail bar, every night they will prepare different dishes and cocktails personalised according to the diner's tastes. The menu varies according to the products available in the market and the inspiration of the team, so there is no fixed menu.
