Restaurant serving Andalusian cuisine in Madrid’s Salamanca district since 1994.
It is a large restaurant, decorated in a typical Andalusian style, with two different spaces: an area for tapas, with a bar and barrels; and the main dining area, which can seat up to 90 people. At the second floor, there is a second dining area which can be hired out, ideal for business meals or family gatherings.
Its dishes include salmorejo (typical chilled thick tomato soup from Cordoba), 'broken' fried eggs and ham, tuna salad, and bull's tail.
