In the heart of the Salamanca District, this restaurant is a local classic and, as such, offers traditional cuisine with a modern touch. It also has a large bar where you can have some tapas, if you're not looking for a more formal meal, or even enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Its cuisine is modern traditional: seafood, mountain ham, Andalusian-style fried fish, marinero rice and line-caught fish. Of course, the deserts are home-made, as well as the bread, also produced in its bakery. This restaurant will prepare all of its dishes to take away, especially the rice.
