This casual restaurant first opened in 2015 and is run by Claudia Rodríguez, Alejandro Oliveira and Xan Otero. The cuisine is designed for sharing, and their star dish is Tortilla de Betanzos, a traditional Spanish omelette made with turnip tops and chorizo from Lalín, which won first prize in the Spanish Tortilla de Patatas Championship in October 2023 … and second prize in 2024 competition.
It has an open kitchen and can accommodate around 50 diners between the bar and the dining area. The key features of its décor include the exposed brick walls, stone columns and the brass bar.
Its menu includes dishes designed for sharing, with a wide range of options influenced by Galician cuisine as well as dishes that include Asian ingredients or surprising combinations. The desserts are all homemade. All the ingredients used are premium quality and locally sourced.
Those who want to try a slice of their award-winning tortilla should get there early because it's only served at the bar from 1:30pm to 8pm or until they run out.
