This charming restaurant in the district of Chueca offers high end Spanish products with a varied menu designed for sharing, an innovative and creative yet traditional touch. The facilities have also been adapted for the accessibility of people with physical, hearing and/or visual impairments.
Esplore is located at No. 5, Calle Clavel, very close to Gran Vía. Its open kitchen specialises in serving up Iberian products from Extremadura, both fresh and cured, brought in from its factory in Azuaga (Badajoz), as well as ingredients from different areas of Spain: fresh anchovies from Santoña, smoked fish, pates from La Mancha, artisan cheese, and conserves from Galicia, among others. The wine cellar offers over 30 different wines.
There is also a small shop in the restaurant where you can buy many of the products (cheese, smoked fish, charcuterie...) used in its dishes. It also regularly organises events related with gastronomy, such as wine and cheese tasting.
Esplore has another establishment in Calle Juan Bravo, 41.
